A Bridge Back offers housing for those in need of a supportive recovery environment. Residents are required to attend a Substance Use/Housing assessment including evaluation, be at least 30 days sober, and pass a urine analysis and a background check. The Recovery Conducive Environment includes all basic necessities except food and hygiene products. Residents are required to follow their treatment plan discussed during the evaluation. Our goal is to provide support while residents build on their personal recovery and until they become financially/emotionally stable to live on their own.
Transitional Housing
Transitional housing refers to a supportive – yet temporary – type of accommodation that is meant to bridge the gap from homelessness to permanent housing by offering structure, supervision, support (for addictions and mental health, for instance), life skills, and in some cases, education and training. Our mission is to facilitate change in a safe and sober environments allowing individuals to recover at their own pace. A Bridge Back now offers Transitional housing at an affordable rate.
